Aware of the need for uncomplicated processes when dealing with suppliers we also offer our customers a simple streamlined returns process, no endless complicated forms to fill designed to put you off returning goods, just let us know the problem and we will resolve it for you. We’ll collect, credit or replace and have it turned around inside a week from collection date.
We also don’t believe in restock fees so unless it’s unavoidable due to buying a special order product for you where the supplier is charging us we do not charge you. So if it’s going back in to our stock, on our shelves, you won’t have to pay a restock fee. We don’t believe anyone else offers that.

One of our carriers hadn’t shipped a delivery out of their local hub to a hotel during the normal next day delivery period and the product was urgent. The Hotel chain was on to our customer threatening loss of business if the cartridge wasn’t there by the time it was needed first thing the next morning. We contacted a firm of same day couriers we know got it collected early that evening and delivered an hour later so the cartridge was there in the morning. We may not have delivered next day by 6:00 as should have happened, but we did deliver before the cartridge was required and our customer had one impressed client. When we say we go out of our way to look after our customers we mean it.
